Light Works is an awesome album. Every Aloha album gives you something different in a good way and Light Works stays along that path. Its ambiance alone is worth a listen. There are some big surprises along the way.

New EP is very pretty, if nothing else. Good, but i need someone that knows more about playing music and music in general to tell me whether it's generic or just more accessible than their previous efforts. i hope the full length LP due next year is back to the usual antics, though. Either way, Tony's voice will always keep me interested in them, even if the drumming and vibes continue to calm down.

This is my favorite band ever. I always manage to miss them when they play anywhere near me. It's horrible.

i saw the last 2 minutes of there set at the trocadero in Philly with mewithoutyou and it was awesome
