  My first exposure to a live musical was Evat at the Ahmason in LA, CA. I have been hooked ever since and ALW got me going...what geniuns to tell a story through song..I can hear strains of Lerner and Low and Bernstein in his pieeces though I am no musci major...and Starlight Express-pure genus to tackle American music and presented via trains...and cats...I, as an English teacher took milk from Elliot.
