"Awesome things come to those who wait; After three EPs, art-metal magi Baroness have finally unfurled their full-length debut, a thrilling p iece of midnight arson in their own p roverbial garden of good and evil. 4.5/5" - Alternative Press
"Baroness demand your undivided attention on the damn-near- p erfect Red Album. 9/10" - Decibel
"Red Album delivers a mighty high. 4/5" - Revolver
"Here, the ideas Baroness have offered since 2003-- a colossal, airtight rhythm section backing sludge-of-the-South vocals and guitars-- are realized with p ur p ose and aim...The textures have become holistic atmos p heres, the p eaks anthemic strongholds, and the clashes unavoidable cataclysms. When they intersect in the middle, Red Album is hard to doubt . 8.4/10" - Pitchfork
