  beck's new album got a bit of everything in it.like track #4 Modern Guilt, feel so urban. he is simply the best pop rock artist out there!

  Well Steven, We saw him last Monday in Amsterdam and although I really like Beck I have to say that it was really shit! First he let the people wait for 1hour,only played just 1hour and didn't say a word. The band was also average/poor and all you could see was the disappointment on the faces of the crowd. Last two gigs I saw were great (with the puppets!) but this was awful! Yeasayer were OK though. Ah well,still like the fellow:-) PS Check Why? if they come your way!

  Well I love Mr Beck and have seen him many times. Last night in Southampton was very poor. The sound was RUBBISH for Beck and brilliant for Yeasayer, that doesn't make sense. Beck looked like he really didn't want to be there and new guitar and bass people had homework face on all night. I can't wait for the new album after hearing some of the tracks live, but the gig was really disappointing. I know it's a personal thing, I'm sure there will be a hundred people telling me I'm wrong, but I ne... More... Well I love Mr Beck and have seen him many times.   I AM VERY MUCH enjoying "Modern Guilt". Everyone's guilt should sound this good. A guilty pleasure it is not. A fantastic piece of work it is.

  Christ I can't wait for it. And Yeasayer have some great songs and are apparently quite bonkers live, come on 2080! Not that they could ever overshadow the main event...
