Isaac Alexander (songwriter) met Brad Williams (guitar player) in 1998. Their musical influences and voices complemented each other to create a vision for a rock and roll band. Somehow they found a beast of a bass player named Kevin Bennett. Then, with the addition of Bart Angel on drums and Shelby Smith on keys, Big Silver became a reality. Soon after, the band was named "Best Original Band in Arkansas" by The Arkansas Times in 2000. Big Silver's latest move is the self-titled album released in April of 2001. The collection of memories and melodies is proof that big things can come from a Little Rock band.
