Blacktop started in the summer of 2002, as three college studs graduated and decided to pursue rock stardom. Never knowing they would receive the response they so recently have to their new album, THE BURNING COUCH AFFAIR, Blacktop pursued a tri-state tour, throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland. Blacktop is a hyper-energetic punk band that always leaves you desiring more. Their spiritual lyrics leave one compelled to inquire why it is these rockers claim to believe what they do.
