Check out our videos at http://www.blistur.com! Formed in November of 2005, Blistur has come together in a whirlwind to create one of the most in demand bands in the Southeastern United States. In an incredible short 24 months, the Jacksonville, FL based group compiled close to 30 original songs and played some of the largest stages in the area including Metropolitan Park, headlining the Florida Georgia Concert, The ACC Championship and New Years Eve/Gator Bowl celebrations at the Jacksonville Landing, Freebird Live (www.freebirdlive.com), The HandleBar w/Crossfade in Greenville, SC and the Florida Theatre (www.floridatheatre.com). They also traveled to the Caribbean island of St. Maarten to perform a concert in January 2007 in support of airplay from their EP, "Before There Were Seasons". Their debut full length CD entitled "Greatest Hits - Vol II" containing a whopping 20 tracks was released on September 1, 2007 and received immediate airplay on Island 92 radio in St. Maarten, Clear Channel's 96.7 The Buzzard in Greeville, SC, WFCF in St. Augustine, FL and CRMK 89.8 in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. Large concerts are on the horizon such as "VooDoo Music Festival" in New Orleans, “Locobazooka” in Massachussets, "Planetfest" in Jacksonville, FL and other giant events around the country, moving upward and forward at a "Blisturing" pace.
