Blue Ruin began in the fall of 1999 when Jake moved down from Maryland and joined up with Doug. Instant chemistry occured and they sought out Robbie Allee for vocals just a few months later. After the many songs amassed they then searched for the perfect drummer. After many months of auditioning they looked north to Singer Robbies friend Robby in FSU. He left school and relocated back to Miami to complete the band. The band has a sound similar to many but very very unique. It's very heavy, catchy riffs and melodic vocals will keep the intensity inside you long after the music has stopped! Prepare to be Ruined....
