His reworking of old songgs in his current style made them all sound much the same as eachother - his only direct communication with the audience was a wave to the crowd after the encore as he left. The six or seven hou drive to and from the venue was more enjoyable then the show but saying that I did genuinely enjoy the drive and the show was ok. Arlo Guthrie played closer to home (walking Distance) shortly before and gave a far better performance solo.
