The group's line up starts with Brian Thompson on bass and lead vocals. Brian is accomplished musician and recording artist and a veteran of several hard rock bands and country bands that toured the Northwest. Brian brings an energy and general humor to the stage that can only be descibed as "entertaining". He plays several instruments and is the primary songwriter/producer of the group. Then there is Sandy Peterson. She is as versitile as they get, playing the Keys, B-3, Guitar, Bass, Mandolin, and Vocals. She covers all the bases. Then there is Justin Merrit on guitar. A Classical Guitarist with extensive depth in both rock and country means that he brings a brilliant artistic element to the group. All this and Justin is only 25 years old. Simply amazing. Now holding down the beat is Wes Decker. Wes is a great drummer and quite a showman behind the kit, always hamming it up for the audience and rocking the house with a solid beat. Wes and Brian toured in their first pro bands together, so the history is long and rich, adding to the groups chemestry for live performances. The Brian Thompson Band is currently finishing up their first album "Out of the Darkeness" and setting up dates to play around the Northwest.
