  When I am listening to Clinic, I am often struck by the realisation that they are my favourite band of all time, a spot previously occupied by the Velvet Underground. They somehow manage to be both Futurists and the ultimate antidote to the modern world.

  Clinic has done an amazing job in making me feel enormously better no matter what, and that's quite an achievement! No song by them that wouldn't work that way for my sake <3 I wish I saw them live someday soon enough, what a pity there hasn't been a chance so far, makes me sad. And Winchester Cathedral really is the dearest one for me, no doubt!
