  I've got the 7" of Out of the Unknown and never understood why it wasn't on the best of? Also, how can I get the full lyric sheet. I don't want to use my gills as a road map ...

  The show at the Tivoli last night certainly proved what a first class act Died Pretty are. A 'world class' act. When Peno gets you in his tractor beam you are hypnotised - here is all the talent, charisma, sex, showmanship and pure animal magnetism of a Morrison or Jagger. Why did the rest of the world never see this? Ah, but then we wouldn't have the privilege of seeing them for $50 in our home town. Thank you boys. Please come again.

  What can I say about Died pretty, they are probably the most underated Australian band ever. Blue Sky Day is in my top 5 songs of all time, so many other great songs. I saw them quite a few times in the early 90's and they never dissapointed in fact often they were brilliant. I think Im right in saying they played the first Big Day OUt some other band called Nirvanan was on that bill too.
