El Condor Pasa can be likened to the unlikened. Taking idiosynchrasy to another level, they are said to be influenced by a certain band members visions of the future. Whether this is to be contested as obnoxious hyperbole, the truth, or good old bon homme, a single listening by even the most vapid of ears could not deny an originality and resonance that warrants at least another listen. I myself first heard them whilst being held at knife point. I can honestly say that for those four or so minutes, I really didn't care for my predicament.
