Please do not contact unless you've read, understand and agree with this ad fully. This is a very demanding band project! first off no one over 35 or under 23!! We're a heavy rock, soul, hip hop band. We prefer you're in the 25 to 35 range. No band whores or jobbers!! You're gear must be totally professional. You must be a strong play by ear player & very tight! We need someone with very strong vocal skills (meaning you could even lead songs). Prefer you're a lead guitarist with above average rhythm skills or vice versa. Your stage presence must be professional. Please no heavy drinking/drug users especially not at rehearsals or shows. Party like a rockstar but be about business when it's needed. Please have your life together & truly focused on music. NO DRAMA!!! Keep your personal issues personal. This is a multi racial/cultural band so you must be comfortable in a diverse enviroment and must respect others! No closet racists lol. I realize this ad is long but I want all your pre audition questions answered so you can be honest with yourself and decide if you'll be a good fit and if you're trully willing to put in the work and go through all the BS of being in a band.
