  FLIPPER is an enigma of sorts. They're chaotic yet melodic, They're threatening yet disarming, They're so awful yet so brilliant. I can't quite put my finger on it, They're such a contradiction!! If I ever meet a girl that really likes their music and admits this without having a reason, I might give her my babies.

  Krist just left the band, tour got cancelled. They're going to start looking for a new bassist soon.

  No offense intended to any fans. But i think the old line up of Flipper was better than the new. Having everyone strung out on drugs somehow made the music more real and too the point. BTW: Has anyone ever heard Crib Death from River Falls WI.? Their early music was amazingly similar to Flippers'.
