“GODS MADE LOVE” is a "Rock and Roll" group from Detroit Michigan. At the moment when our Motor City music scene has received more national attention than any time since the Motown era, GML has never strayed from their original intent of producing "music from their heart". First it was Emenim and Kid Rock, and now....amazingly enough the "Detroit Garage Scene". Through it all...the "Gods" have been steadily pumping out some of the most amazing Rock and Roll to have come out of Detroit, the Mid-West, or even the USA for that matter. Singer, Tim Furlong and Guitarist, Don Scarsella have written some of the most memorable and melodic hard rock songs you will have heard in a very long time. It seems that each person who discovers this amazing band, loves to talk about how his or her "Discovery" came about. There is a real sense of pride for the lucky few who know about this "undiscovered GEM”. Here is how it happened to me.... In my place of employment, I happened to be walking by a lunch table where some guys were playing a tape on a boom box. It stopped me in my tracks and I said "who is that!!!" thinking....I need to know the name of this group, so I can go and buy the CD. At that point I was that this was a demo this band had recorded in the basement. GML continue to amaze us with their ability to make radio ready recordings in their basement studio. But it is the live show" is what has built their loyal fan base. Tim Furlong has "IT"………."IT", being that unexplainable thing that all great rock n' roll front men have. There are only a very few that can hold an audience in the palm of their hand. And hold an audience is an understatement when you watch Tim perform his magic each time he steps up on that stage. Gods Made Love first appeared as a group in 1997. They started by playing several shows locally as a testing ground for the "Scarsella/Furlong" material. Right away, it became evident to "music insiders" that this was a VERY SPECIAL group. One such insider to have discovered GML is John Corabi, former lead singer for Motley Cru. John says.... " Gods Made Love sounds like Led Zeppelin smashed into the Beatles" GML is poised to bring the music business back to where a great melody and an unforgettable lyric was what made a hit record.
