QUEZON CITY, PHILIPPINES (APRIL 15, 2008) - Hip-Hop artist Hi-C has been nominated for FHM magazine's (Philippines edition) "100 Sexiest Women" of 2008. Hi-C is the lead vocalist for the popular group DiCE& k9: MOBBSTARR. The multi-talented Hi-C was featured in the August 2005 and December 2007 editions of FHM. She is one of the most popular and sexiest performers in the Philippines. Born and bred in Cebu City, Honeyleen Concepcion-Rosaroso, popularly known as Hi-C of DiCE & k9 MOBBSTARR, has easily caught the ears and hearts of hip-hop and pop listeners alike. Her unmistakable glossy yet sultry voice helped popularize hits like ‘Itsumo,' ‘BestFriend' and ‘Shake' which became a radio phenomenon overseas. Having appeared twice in FHM magazine and also as the cover girl for Digital Photographer's maiden issue, Hi-C has branched out into different aspects of the entertainment business including modeling and acting. She has also appeared in the award winning independent film "Tribu" (directed by Jim Libiran). DiCE & k9: MOBBSTARR have recently released a new album, "Time, Space, Rhythm, Starrs" (6000 Goonz/Upperhand Entertainment). The album's debut single, ‘Eargasmic,' has been climbing the radio charts. Hi-C plans on releasing her solo album, "Fountain of Youth," later this year.
