First discovered by Jim Beam and sponsored by B.E.A.M. (Benefitting Emerging Artists in Music), Hyper Chyld quickly burst onto the scene with their debut CD, Flesh Burns Desire. By selling out of CDs at many of their shows, the boys proved that their charismatic, unconstrained, stage show was a force to be reckoned with. The most predominant characteristic of the band, as they consistently rise to mid-Atlantic success, is their remarkable ability to overcome enormous obstacles and achieve far-reaching goals without label or management backing.
