I'm looking to recruit some new members of my STREET TEAM to help spread the word about the BE OK tour. This tour is supporting my new upcoming CD, charity project, Be OK. Exciting! The first 2 people to sign up in one of the cities where I'm playing each get a pair of tickets. Everyone else who joins street team in the city I'm playing gets an autographed CD and what we in the biz call "a meet and greet" at the venue. Sep 30, 09:05 AMnew song posted!!!I put up one of the new songs from my upcoming cd, 'Be Ok'. The cd comes out oct 14th and has some covers, acoustic and live songs. You might have to scroll down to the bottom (the new myspace player is still not working so well). The song is called 'You and I'.

Sep 04, 10:16 AM"Be OK" video debuts at Stand Up 2 Cancer websiteDirected by Pam Thomas, "Be OK" makes it debut at MySpace Impact for social and civic engagement to also drive awareness for Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C), a groundbreaking initiative aimed at raising funds to accelerate cancer research and end cancer's reign as a leading cause of death.
Centered around the title track, Ingrid's benefit project "Be OK" - composed of previously unreleased songs, covers, and live recordings that have become favorites in her set list over the past year will be released October 14 on her own Cabin 24 Records. A portion of the proceeds from the project will be donated to SU2C. The single is available now at iTunes and Amazon.com.
Ingrid will be answering the phone and taking donations during this Friday's SU2C telethon at 8pm ET/PT on ABC, CBS and NBC.
