Started listening to hip hop at an early age.. Studied the classics.. heavily influenced by the early-to-mid 90's era; especially the sound that was coming out of new york.. that boom-bap hip hop.. basically i started writing my own rhymes when i was 15.. stepped on to the halifax scene in 2001 when i released my first cd, "Hard Rhymes in the Maritimes," which was EMCA nominated for best urban recording.. been doing shows ever since.. toured across Canada last summer with Classified.. also been working on the new cd (which is long overdue).. "The Ghost of Jacob Marley".. which i'm very excited about.. it's worth the wait, a lot of work's been put into making it.. that drops Jan 24th.. made my debut on much music's rap city in December, 2005, with my first video for East Coast Warriors.. my style is pretty aggressive on the whole.. but i'm pretty versatile.. i can get smooth on a track.. i'm all about clever wordplay, humor, and everyday life.. as i see it, anyway.. hip-hop is party music.. we don't always have to take ourselves so seriously.. as far as crews go.. i'm down with backburner, and i'm down with halflife.. we're going to keep doing big things and hold it down for the east coast of Canada..
