Regular guy trying to make a dream reality. I have been singing for about 15 years now. Anyway since I am writing this myself all I can say is that I am currently working on being a professional singer/songwriter. After playing with my first band The Mojave River Band from 1995 - 1997 and playing from California to Florida to Canada to New Mexico , Texas, North Dakota, Wyoming and a lot of other places I've forgot like Mississippi, Las Vegas Nv. etc.etc. I am still trying to make it in this racket. I was out of the music loop for about 6 years before I finally moved to Nashville to pursue my dream once again. While in Nashville I played at Tootsies Orchid Lounge on Broadway In downtown nashville 2 to 3 times a week. While I was there I met up with a Nashville music producer whom I had contacted a year or so prior named Mark Oliverius at OMG Nashville. I recorded my first three songs on my debut album with him in September of 2003 "We Can Make Things Right", "Eternally" and " Where Love Went Wrong. about a year later I finished my album In 2004 and came back to California to start my own record label called Hitt records. I figured with a name like that , technically all my songs would be Hitt records. Now wasn't that smart? Anyway what you will hear here is my labor of love put on public display. I Hope that you all enjoy the music as much as I enjoyed making it. I bring my best efforts to the table when I sing and play, I am known for people having a good time and that is what I strive to give my friends and fans when I perform, because without the fans you are nobody, at least that is the way I see it. So hopefully you will like what you hear and give me some good reviews and maybe even join my fan list. I look forward to hearing from everybody and I hope that my music is to your liking. Wishing you a safe and prosperous New Year, Jayce Johnson P.S. I just uploaded the Music video to " I Should've Said I Love You" on my myspace profile at myspace.com/jaycejohnson check it out if you get the chance. It is the first music video I have ever done. Let me know what you think about it too if you are able to. Thanks Again, Jayce Johnson
