Acclaimed jazz vocalist and songwriter, Jenny Davis delivers adventurous jazz standards with her gorgeous, lush voice. Enchanting audiences in a wide variety of venues from clubs to concerts, festivals and television, she takes the listener on an exploration of vocal range and emotional depth that few have the heart or talent, to traverse. In her new CD It Amazes Me, Jenny is at the top of her form, displaying seasoned musicianship in vocal renditions of vibrant bebop standards usually performed instrumentally. Seattle native, Jenny Davis graduated cum laude from Cornish College of the Arts with a Bachelor of Arts in Music, where she was awarded the coveted Maggie Hawthorne scholarship. She has been featured on PTTV in a jazz film documentary that aired the entire month of July in 2004. Jenny's recording and producing credits also include her 2000 release, Daydream. In this, her debut CD, Jenny teamed up with former Doobie Brothers saxophone player, Danny Hull where they performed to a sold out crowd.
