  Joe, I've been loving your music since the 80's. Have tried to see you every time you've come to Boston. Newburyport (on the ocean north of Boston) has a venue called the Firehouse Theater. Would love you to come there. I live in Ipswich, just south of Newburyport, but that's probably the best place on the north shore of MA. Please. Please Please.

  I interviewed him for a local newspaper I used to write for - just after Joe had got back with his original musicians from the Look Sharp album. Considering Joe is one of my favourite artists I can't say he was that charismatic or endearing during the interview.

  Saw him on the Jumpin Jive tour late 70's early 80's, one of my best gigs ever. Quality artist and great album.
