The beginning of 2007 saw him working with Seal, closely followed on by producing and mixing the King Creosote album, Bombshell, for 679/Warners for Autumn release. He has also been in Ireland working on David Holmes’s new album. In addition he has remixed Frou Frou, Tunng, James Yorkston, The Memory Band , Leo Abrahams, KC, Barbarossa and the Art Of Chill 2 for Platipus Records. Jon’s music crosses effortlessly from electronica to acoustic and back again. He is a member of the Fence Collective and has new tracks and collaborations appearing on upcoming Fence releases. He has also worked alongside other Just Music artists, producing acoustic artist Dan Arborise’s album Around In Circles and remixing for Leo Abrahams. These 2 different sides to his talent are also evident in his DJ sets, the one a blend of psychedelic, folk, film score and left-field - as performed at Adem’s boutique London Homefires Festival - the other a totally groove orientated experience. His live set is stunning (with visuals by VJ Myogenic) and he will be headlining the Electronica Stage at this years The Big Chill Festival, as well as Bestival and can also be seen playing alongside King Creosote at selected venues including Glastonbury. His music can be heard in TV productions, including Sex & The City, and feature films produced all over the world and has been featured on numerous compilations. His music can also be heard on commercials for the Sony Bravia, National Lottery, Sky and the Discovery Channel. His third album for Just Music label will be released early in 2008.
