15 years old I saw the Beatles live. John, Paul, George, and Ringo, they changed my life. All the girls screaming, getting out of hand. Got my first guitar and joined my first band. 40 years later, still playin the bars Never made the big time, fast girls or cars noone comes, noone cares, close to givin up Got keep the dream alive, I just can't give it up These are all songs I've been working on literally over the last 30 years. I first recorded So Inviting with Rich Ranno (Starz, Stories) on his little 4 track in 1976. We played together in a band called Bungi in Wisconsin for years, starting around 1970. Used to open for Fuse at festivals. At that time Rick Nielson(Cheap Trick) was playing a mellotron. They were incredible. We were still around when Cheap Trick got together, first with Xeno,I still have a poster with him, and then Robin Zander. Tom Peterson found me my first badass bass, a '56 Precision, from Paul Hamer's store in Chicago. We thought we had the world by the balls in those days. We opened for Bob Seger, Cactus, Vanilla Fudge, James Gang, Mountain, and so many others I can't even remember. To be continued................
