Pop-punk rockers Just Surrender just completed their next album set for release in 2010 (first album with Razor & Tie). The new album is produced by Lou Giordano (Taking Back Sunday, We The Kings, Goo Goo Dolls) and is co-produced by Ace Enders (former lead singer /guitarist for the band The Early November). The band is currently on the road with Hawthorne Heights through the end of 2009. The New York based quartet Just Surrender have sold over 40,000 albums to date with their two previous independent releases. The band formed in 2003 right out of high school and has spent the last four years on the road playing the Vans Warped Tour and Bamboozle as well as touring with such bands as The Starting Line, All Time Low, Bayside, Set Your Goals, We The Kings, Taking Back Sunday, and more. Just Surrender's emo-tinged punk has connected with an impressive online fan-base with over 500,000 YouTube plays, 13 million MySpace plays, 5.3 million MySpace profile views, and 80,000 plus MySpace friends. Just Surrender’s story begins with a relentless series of tours and major showcases that began to solidify the band’s position as one of pop-punk's elite tastemakers. Two years and nearly three tour later, the group released their sophomore release, We're in Like Sin to rave reviews with Absolutepunk calling the music “"catchy and wonderfully angsty.” MTV.com has compared the band to “Fall Out Boy infused with My Chemical Romance.” While their roots are dug deeply into the backdrop of small-town New York, Just Surrender's sound is the product of an urban dance-theme meshed with classic harmony and scorching vocals.
