"Barracuda" is an album that was produced using the basic element of surprise.
Working with Money Mark and Chico Sonido was very inspiring and surprising, we were composing like crazy in all sorts of very interesting directions. We had a tremendous opportunity to deconstruct while creating, spending a lot of quality time with our analog keyboards and looking for a personality that would reinforce the sonic color of each song. Analog synths played a very important role morphing every instrument like guitars, bass and even drum machines.
We were very excited about the melodies created in these new songs. They are totally different from the other albums. At the end we had more that 50 songs and ideas to choose from
and every one of them had an important value for this record.
In the end "Barracuda" represents all of the elements of hunting for sounds in the shadows. You have to be ready.

Nuevo album de Kinky "Barracuda" disponible en iTunes el 30 de Septiembre.
"Barracuda" es un album producido usando los elementos basicos de la sorpresa.
Trabajar con Money Mark and Chico Sonido fue muy inspirador and sorprendedor. Compusimos como locos en todas direcciones. Tuvimos una tremenda oportunidad de deconstruir mientras creabamos y mientras dedicabamos una buena catidad de tiempo a nuestros teclados analogos buscando esa personalidad que refuerze el 'color' sonico de cada cancion.
Estuvimos muy contentos con las melodias creadas para estas nuevas canciones. Son totalmente diferentes a nuestros otros albumes. Al final llegamos a tener mas de 50 canciones e ideas para escoger, y cada una tenia su valor para este disco.
Al final de cuentas "Barracuda" representa todos los elementos de 'cazar sonidos en las sombras'. Tenes que estar preparado.
