I know its weird, I'm a Africa American kid..who grew up on A tribe called Quest and Isley brothers. I think it happened when I began dating this girl from france. She was half Indian and half Spanish. I became interested in Indian culture...then I watched one of the 3 hour Bollywood movies....next thing I know...I'm hooked.
Pretty weird eh? Back to the song...for those who listened to it more than 1 second..I love the Folk Indian music. Kiran Ahluwalia(I copied and pasted her last name so u kno) she is an artist who keeps this old traditional music still alive. Even though Indian seems like a pretty tradiationl place...each day Indian movies, television, music....is all becoming more modernized. With todays technology everyone watched the same movies, listens to the same music, work for the same company and even wears the same clothes...and traditional cultures are becoming a thing of the past.
One day...Everyone will share everything including culture."
