    evr since i first heard the first album back mid 90's? (most pleased to find again 2nd hand) i've thought they're the bezst example of fused live and electronic - and still. I am most sad they've never come to australya, and that even buying the snowdome album as soon as i saw it here was too late to get one, but at keast i got a postcard from margaret!!

    Every time a track of theirs shuffles up on my iPod, I'm reminded just how great they were. Loads of style and atmosphere! I hope they return someday.

    An artsy poet chick turned me on to Laika several years ago. I've been digging them ever since. Moody late nights smoking cigarettes musing on shit, patrolling the East Village in search of pleasure. Couldn't have done it sans Laika.
