Liz Horsman was born in Ipswich but escaped to London as soon as her 18 year old legs could carry her. There she made music and money through signing to Blur's old label FOOD and making for them her debut album Heavy High. But Food was swiftly taken over by EMI and the rest is all too familiar history.
Liz released her 2nd album Roaming on her own label TheRedClub and all was electro-pop-acoustic-tastic. Couple of covers and tunes on film later and she's ready for the 3rd album.
Now a psychotherapist Liz works with London teenagers who have behavioural problems. Her new project Music Progressions is an Anger Management course which uses music as a familiar medium through which the young people express themselves. It's challenging, inspirational and it works.
Between psychotherapy and music Liz is the busiest she's ever been and writing her best material to date.
