Mac-City consists of four group members which all have unique styles that make this group a certified moneymaker. They have been working together over two and a half years perfecting their craft. This group is so diverse that no other group in history of rap can compete. This being said because they don’t hold themselves to one or two genres of hip-hop. They can do it all. The names of each member are Dump(John DeShazier), Denmark(Emanuel Denmark), Lundi (Lamar Harvey), and Tigah(Roberto Stewart). Every song done by Mac-City is done in a home studio. The lead member of this (Dump) group is the most soft-spoken out of the four but commands the microphone with his talent and diversity. Denmark is more of the gospel rapper and Lundi is the lyricist of the group. Tigah is the soulful raspy voice heard. Before the group was formed each band member have their own separate lives and been doing music but was never serious. Dump and Denmark was in a group named Shadows a six man group. At this same time Lundi was working with the Kadalack Boyz on their efforts and received a CD with the Shadows and wanted to work with the most driven guys from the group so Dump and Denmark where the only two. Tigah was doing hooks for the Kadalack Boyz at the studio so he was asked if he wanted to work with the other three. Each member of this group has an important and vital role to the local success that they’ve established so far. Dump is the creative director and leader. Denmark is more of word of mouth and spreads the word to the street. Lundi is the man that knows the industry’s local personnel. Tigah is the initiator, motivator, and soul of the group. Mac-city has performed in various venues around the middle Georgia area such as Liz Reeds Macon GA, The Back Door Forsyth GA, Macon State College, The Hole in the Wall in Milledgeville GA, Douglas Theater in Macon GA, Knights Club in Valdosta GA. They’ve also performed with other bands such as the Kadalack Boyz of Colli Park Records, B Team, Trillville of (BME), Everywhere Boyz, Sir Nasty of (Nu Money Records), Doogie Phi and CMD Styles.
