It is hard to believe that a local group could have such an influence as Nadine Robotron had in the Quebec city electronic community. This 80's synth pop duo was meant for a long prosperity especially in the experimental electronic community. Nadine Robotron was formed by Nadine Robotron, performing synth and drum machines, and Claude Robotron, his brother, who plays the strings parts. Founded in 1982 in the new wave era, Nadine Robotron has been inspired by the early works of The Human League, Kraftwerk and New Order. The group ended abruptely when Nadine Robotron was eaten by Claude Robotron to respect their family traditions.
