    I went to the last show on the tour with Fionna Apple in Westbury NY, they said it was their last show as a group, too. How sad, it was one of the best performances of Goodnight I have ever heard.

    Hey, I remember seeing you guys when you played at the walnut valley festival in winfield, ks. Man that was a long time ago! And the second time you were there the announcer had a southern accent and he was like "Ladies and Gentleman, Nickel Crick!". I laughed.

    I'm dying to hear more recordings of Nickel Creek with Fiona Apple-!! I went to the concert in Boston, loved it so much I followed the show to New York for the last one! I've been a Nickel Creek fan for 5 years, but the sound with Fiona was outta this world!

    Not Too Late to Pre-Order PUNCH

    We've added two more songs onto the PUNCH BROTHERS player for you weekend listening enjoyment. Be sure to check them out - they're called "Sometimes" and "Nothing, Then." If you're still a bit clueless as to who exactly the PUNCH BROTHERS are, let us tell you. It's Chris Thile's new band, sort of. It's the same people that he recorded How To Grow A Woman From The Ground with him - they just decided to officially "tie-the-musical-knot" and form an official band. And the best news is - they've got a record coming out NEXT WEEK!! It's not too late to PRE-ORDER the new record, PUNCH! You can do that here (with free digital download at 12:01a on 2/26 in addition to the physical copy) and here (with a chance to win an autographed Hatch Show Print Punch Brothers poster).

    Pre-Order PUNCH / Sean Watkins EP

    Punch Brothers new record Punch will be released by Nonesuch Records on Feb 26th!! There are two ways you can preorder the album, and both get you access to some cool stuff.

    When you preorder the album from the Nonesuch Store, the album will be delivered on or around street date, you'll be able to download the songs for FREE at 12:01 am Feb 26th, AND you'll get a bonus track included with the album. Click here for full details.

    Meanwhile, at the Punch Brothers store, preorder the cd, and you'll be registered to win 1 of 25 autographed Hatch Show Print Punch Brothers posters. These were the posters that were made for the Station Inn shows in Nashville back in September when the band was getting ready to go into the studio to record Punch. The posters are autographed by all five band members!

    In other news, Sean Watkins has just released an EP of 7 minutes of noise recorded over a couple years in his garage. You can pick up the EP in Sean's online store. Here's what Sean has to say about it:

    "7 Minutes In My Garage"- is a project that i've been working on intermittently for the last year and a half in my garage. Very strange... I'm really excited about it cause it is completely unlike anything i've ever done..."
