Nicole (her real name is Denisse Laval), chilean singer currently living in Miami, started her career at a very early age. "Tal vez me estoy enamorando", her first album, was a local success, achieving gold record. Years later she releases Esperando Nada, produced by Tito Davila (Ex Enanitos Verdes), selling over 75.000 copies in Chile. In 1997 with Suenos en Transito, produced by Gustavo Cerati (Ex Soda Stereo), Nicole gets the recognition of the Latin American music business.
To widen her frontiers, Nicole decides to try some luck in Mexico, and then in the USA, where she meets Bruno del Granado, who after listening her, makes her part of the Latin family of Madonna's record label, Maverick Music. In 2002 Viaje Infinito is edited, recorded in NYC and produced by Andres Levin, this record obtained a Latin Grammy Nomination for Best Female Vocal Album and opened Nicole's doors to work with world famous music legends, including her performance with the Legendary band Chicago for the World Music Jam at the Radio Music City Hall, where she sang one of Chicago's most popular songs, If you Leave me Now.
Recently, Nicole has participated in two film productions La Amiga (The Friend) (Miami 2003) y Se Arrienda (For Rent) (Chile 2005), outstandingly recognized in several cinema festivals. Currently she is setting up the promotion of her latest work called APT. (Apartment) produced by Jimmy Frazier and Nicole, it wasedited in July 2006 under her own record Label called Chika Entertainment Inc.
