Formed in 1998 by Ryan Paredez (guitar) and Chris Dillard (drums) as a Nirvana cover band. The two brought in a second guitarist (David Rojas) and played gigs in San Antonio TX. They released a CD called "Feed The Family" in late 98'. And another Cd called "We Come For Gas" around the same time. The band then lost David in mid 99'and gained a bass player named John Garza aka Jackass they then began playing keggers and bars, during this time 2 more CD's were made. They were titled "You Wanna Die" and "Sevenne". Sadly the band lost Chris Dillard in late 2000 due to Personal problems and gained a drummer named Dee Jay Montez in early 2001. Shortly after Dee Jay joined, they recorded a CD known as "Mash Potato Cop Killers". Recently NO IDEA lost it's long time bassist John Garza and replaced him with metal guitarist and long time friend Abe Tobar.
