  Hard Rock Releases More Tix For Times Square Show

  Hard Rock has released more tickets for the NYC show! Please visit any of the below food banks today with 5 non-perishable food items to donate, and pick up your tickets for the November 9th performance at the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square.
  
  - The INN (Interfaith Nutrition Network) located at 211 Fulton Ave in Hempstead, Long Island
  
  - The Community Food Bank of New Jersey located at 31 Evans Terminal Road in Hillside, NJ
  
  - Yorkville Common Pantry located at Eight East 109th Street in New York City
  
  Please note that passes will be given out on a first come, first served basis. Any individual that donates 10 or more non-perishable food items will be eligible to receive two passes to the show. However, no more than two passes will be awarded to any one individual. In addition, if you make a donation to one of the three food banks listed above after all of the passes have already been given out, you can still enter your name to win passes via a lottery.

  Summer Updates

  We are excited to report that O.A.R.’s “Love Is Worth The Fall” is now available on iTunes and all other digital service providers: click here to purchase. The song was previously released as part of the Twilight Soundtrack (Special Edition) CD/DVD.
  
  Saturday August 15th marks the band’s return to Madison Square Garden. This is a show not to be missed: click here to purchase tickets and here for a complete list of show dates.
  
  Limited Edition Tour Posters from the first leg of the This Town tour are available for purchase here. Each event poster is limited in quantity and all are signed and numbered by the artist that created them. Previews of the show posters for the second leg of the tour are available here. Be sure to pick up a poster at your show venue before they run out!
  
  We are happy to announce that USB wristbands will be available on the second leg of the tour, at select shows including Philadelphia, Memphis, and Charleston, with more to be added.
  
  The O.A.R. Green Dream will once again be on site at each show during the second leg of the tour, so remember to turn in your recycling to the Green Dream Eco Village and help promote an environmentally friendly concert experience: please click here to learn more about the Green Dream. Make sure to stop by the Green Dream booth for your chance to win Skullcandy headphones, signed items by the band or a Fender guitar.
  
  O.A.R.’s Twitter Co-Write Contest has come to a close: the band has selected the song title “Light Switch Sky”. Congratulations to @bkrupa for coming up with the winning song title, and to @ThomasHiro, @marian116, @cbstroud and @samuelwaters for their winning song lyrics—click here to read them all.   - Edit the footage to O.A.R.'s single "This Town"
  - Post your video to MySpace videos (http://vids.myspace.com/
  - Once uploaded, embed your video to your MySpace profile
  - Using your MySpace profile, send a message to the O.A.R. MySpace INBOX (NOT A WALL COMMENT)
  
  with a link to your profile where the video can be found
  - Indicate "THIS TOWN VIDEO" in the subject line of your message to the O.A.R. MySpace inbox.

  Liveoar.com to launch May 4th

  On Monday May 4th, O.A.R. will be launching the new digital download store LIVEOAR.COM, the band's official home for their live recordings. At Noon EST 35+ recordings of various shows from 2008 and 2009 will be made available on the site. Most shows will be available for download in both MP3 and FLAC formats. Over the coming weeks and months new shows, both past and present, will be added making liveoar.com a fast and easy way to obtain high quality recordings of live O.A.R. shows.

  Green Dream To Be Added At Five More Shows

  O.A.R. has decided to add 5 final Green Dream shows to their 2008 All Sides Summer Tour! We need volunteers to help out at the following shows:

  
  

  8/10 - Saratoga Springs, NY (SPAC)
  8/12 - Cincinnati, OH (National City Pavilion)
  8/15 - Indianapolis, IN (The Lawn @ White River State Park)
  8/16 - Cleveland, OH (Time Warner Cable Amphitheater)
  8/17 - Rochester, NY (Frontier Field)

  
  

  All volunteers receive a working pass that can be used as a ticket to the show, a Green Dream t-shirt, and free VIP parking!
