  My husband and I had the honor of meeting Oleta and her lovely husband John this past weekend. Her music was wonderful! That voice filled us with such joy and comfort... it was like sitting inside our i-Pods... But it was real. She is real! Oleta is an awesome, beautiful and talented woman. My husband's a musician and he was blown away with me! We simply love OLETA!

  I went to her concert at SOPAC this Friday and it was 2 straight hours of musical bliss. Her voice soars high then drops to goosebump making low registers that is awesome. In such an intimate venue the dialog with the audience really get personal and a connection is formed with the audience from the start. I was happy to hear that a gospel recording is in the works because the songs she sang in that vein were great. a wonderful singer/songwrting talent.

  'You've Got To Give Me Room 'has to be one of the most heartbreaking songs EVER written! I met her many years ago in London and she was adorable! Never really had the huge success her talent deserves!
