  Mountain Christian Church, Joppa MD ..saturday nite! Why isn't this show listed? Anyway i'm not a die hard fan but i love guitar and appreciate phil's talent and i am very looking forward to the show.

  Just recently saw him at Bethel University at Benson Hall in MN. He is just so amazing. Every time I watch him I get more amazed.

  I've seen him 4 times, three times acoustic one time electric. He signed two of my guitars at different shows ... the sigs have long since worn off from playing, but the 'mojo' is still there. Best guitarist on the planet!

  Cory, just so you know, there are about a dozen versions of this story - some with different guitarists (other than Hendrix). Point is, no one has ever been able to provide proof it ever happened, so Phil won't acknowledge it. There are better electric guitarists, better acoustic guitarists, but is there anyone who plays both at the level Phil does? ... More...   I don't know if anyone knew this or not, but Rolling Stones magazine had asked Hendrix, during the later days of his career, "what's it feel like to be the best guitarist ever?" Hendrix replied with "Just ask Phil Keaggy."
