  • Phil is a true gentleman! He came to St.Catharines Ontario CANADA over 10 years ago. I was one of the concert promoters. The concert was free admission and we hoped to have 1000 people. In fact we had over 6000 come and the university gym only held slightly more than 3000. Phil suggested that he do two single set concerts so that everyone would get in.
