  It's Been a while - Update from RX Bandits

  Hello peoples of the world! and hello to our beautiful listening audience who have been coming to our shows and buying our music over the past year and half since we've last posted a blog. To say much has happened since you've last been written to would be a gross understatement, but luckily I don't have to try and re-cap everything as most of you have been hip to what's been going on, and so this doesn't turn out to be a 15,000 word blog. So; lets move forward shall we?
  
  I am happy to say that our Joe Troy is recovering very well from his surgery and is feeling good. He was over at my house the other day and he already challenged me to a mini Choi-Troy triathlon, but everyone decided to go eat greek food instead. Iron-man or no Iron-man, you'll be seeing Mr. Troy in full form onstage soon, making my korean-ass look short again after he's off that stool he's been perching on. Go Joe! (but still and try and make me look cool joe)
  
  Speaking of tour, we are also happy to announce that we will be heading out on tour supporting the seminal 80's 2-tone, ska, new wave band The English Beat. The tour starts next month and we'll be heading around the country with them... and we will be freezing. It's always really cool for us to continue playing and touring with bands and shows that are all over the spectrum, as you guys know, we like to be as versatile and diverse as possible.
  
  We are writing new music. That's all I'll say about that, because that's all there is to say really.. After the holiday break the writing process is now top priority and you guys will get to hear some new tunes.... sometime. ha!
  
  On the real; thank you so much to everyone who has continued to stay with us and follow what we've been doing, although you guys may hear that from all the bands you listen to, I cannot stress how sincerely we appreciate your support. We do not mean it more than anyone else who says it, whether it be Shakira or lil ol us. But what I can say is that being in the position we are, we have the luxury of feeling very directly the support that our awesome fans create for us. So thank you, let us keep this great cycle of creation, appreciation, going crazy and plain old feeling fucking great going. See you at the next show or in your stereo.
