As most of you know, "Country Indie" made it's debut last night at The Wildhorse Saloon with performances from Sage Keffer, Kim McLean, and yours truly!  The show was FANTASTIC!  Had such a blast, shared the stage with the best band I've played with in quite some time, got to dance with crowd, debut some new songs, and even pull out a Christmas favorite!  Thanks to everyone who made it out!  If you didn't, check out the photos I posted on here and be sure to make it to January's "Country Indie" show!

So somewhere between a co-write that took most of the afternoon with my favorite Angela Kaset, a short workout at the YMCA, running straight over in my sweaty sweats to a soundcheck at the Wildhorse that was running behind, my dogs managed to find their way to rat poison in my house.  It's not bad enough that I have mice in my house, but I also have dogs that will eat ANYTHING and EVERYTHING in sight!  (I thought I hid them so good too!)  So...one manager drove them to the emergency vet approx 30 minutes before show-time, while the other manager tried to calm me down in the dressing room and get me onstage in one piece.

I'm happy to report that the BOTH dogs are A-OK now after getting medical attention (and a huge vet bill to prove it, ick!) and the show was a huge success!  Can't wait to do it again (the show, not the vet part lol)!  Hope you all have a very Merry Christmas & I can't wait to kick off 2010 with you!
