Refuge began in Walla Walla, started by Tom Bruner , AKA Papa Tom. Next in the lineup came the vocalist Mandi Steinhoff from Dayton, WA. Following members: Ryan Calvert of Athena, John Leone-Tricities and BJ bruner-Walla Walla all joined together and have been writing and recording new material with Nick Page(producer) for the upcoming Demo.
