  Try ebay. There's occasionally one up there. That's where I got mine. 80 bucks, but I got lucky, they usually go for a lot more. I brought it to a show last year for him to sign, and when he heard how much I paid for it, he was so surprised. He said that if enough people want a copy, he might try to work something out to get it out to people.
