oh man, that massey gig would have been amazing. I sure wish I was paying attention, but I was too busy listening to 2067!!! I did manage to see some of the recorded videos from that concert.. the moment they went out and played in the crowd reminded me of a concert on their Whale Music tour at the Princess Cinema in Waterloo... they did the same thing.. brought their acoustics out and climbed up a couple empty seats in front of me!! PRICELESS...

quit at the top i guess...i was at that last massey hall gig and it was friggin beautiful, even though martin was losing his voice he stuck through and clarkie and don kerr were the only guests (other than ford pier of course on the keys) which was sweet. the whole thing was great, i hope they release it as an album.

Curt, the movies i've been keeping track of and yes, Bidini's ingenious story-telling deserves to be heard. I've just acquired his 'On a Cold Road' from a friend, and will no doubt enjoy this read.. and I've kept track of Dave Clark for years even after his departure - he was one of the liveliest of them all! it's just sad to hear them 'call it quits' - sounds so - final..

Well John, I guess they are going to grow on they're own now. I know how you feel though. Hey, the solo music, movies, books and so on are pretty good too. Check 'em out.

Canadian musical virtuosos... however, a friend told me they are no more & they just played their last n final gig in the spring. NOOO!!!! I refuse to believe that we've heard the last of them! Their last album 2067 is amazing.. it represents the height of their craft, they just kept on getting better and better. Why quit now?
