Yes, RIESER are releasing the closing track from the album The Well Dressed Thief as a single. The 3-track Confusion Parade single will be available from all good download sites from 6 October 2008.
The single will feature two brand new tracks. Live favourite The Ringmaster, recorded at Fife College and an acoustic taster of Call Me Round.
As part of the promotion of the single check out the new series of Rapal TV and especially the programme in which RIESER will feature.
The new series of Rapal TV begins tonight (Wednesday 24th September) on the new Gaelic digital channel, BBC Alba. The channel can be viewed on SKY 168 or FREESAT 110.
The show featuring the RIESER video Confusion Parade will be shown on Wednesday 1st October 2008 on BBC Alba at 10.30pm and will be repeated at 11.00pm on Friday 3rd October 2008 on the same channel.
The video was originally recorded as a project as part of The Leith Film Festival in 2007. For the project the band made themselves available to young film producers who were given the challenge of producing a music video within a week. It has subsequently been edited for broadcast in 2008.
