From the Hearde Ocean with its Tofu tributary emerged Sand Machine on an undetermined day in June of 1999, near Boston. Even before its paint had dried Sand Machine set about creating an album on which to put its name. The Beatles to Pearl Jam and other bests of that art contributed unknowingly to the final product entitled It Goes With Anything. On this CD of originals, both angst and humor come to the table attempting to hash out some sort agreement on the resolution/relief of the human condition. Sounds heady, but the accessibility of the music is suggested by the album’s title.
