Established in 1999 in Minneapolis. Five men hopelessly addicted to rock. Seconds Before is an audio hand grenade, and the pin's been pulled. Having gotten acquainted over the course of a decade of local gigs with former bands, the quintet's decision to hurl themselves headlong into the fray once again was a simple one. You'd have done the same damn thing.
