15 years ago, in '88, a one-man synth band emerged from the mires of Montana, known as "Ashton". This one man, the critically aclaimed film score composer Shane Curry, by '89 had begun climbing his way to the top of the charts with such hits as "Counting Nickels" and "You Come in on Wings", But Ashton had it's biggest break in '92 with the hit, "Silly Sarah". A year later Shane retired from the music scene at the peak of his success, not to resurface again until now, over 10 years later, replacing the pounding synths and his signature hoarse screaming with coppery guitars and quiet humming.
