Side FX combines a fresh pop sound with inspired lyrics. It's an alternative sound that is all their own--a new pop sound with a few rifts of middle-eastern wind instrumentation woven in. Each song is wrapped around a tale, a story based on experience and unfolding as the tune progresses. Most have an ending, but some will let you find one of your own. The songs reveal a surprising depth--from lyrics supporting dismayed heroes, to looking inside one’s self to find strength, and from a special tribute to a relative's resurgent spirit, to exploring the spirit of relationships in all our lives. Singer and songwriter Kim Cameron gives the album's "get up and dance" spirit a seductive twist.
