  Linkin Park isnt even close to as big of a band as Smashing Pumpkins dude. The Pumpkins have played in like every country in the world practically. Ticket prices go by the demand, so obviously more people wanted to see the Pumpkins than Linkin Park.

  I want to go BUT THERE is NO WAY I would spend over $60 for a band that has'nt has new stuff in years!! Linkin Park tickets didnt even cost that much, and they are a WAY bigger band. Have a REALITY check BIlly

  dear meg... please name one band thats been around since the eighties that hasn't had some sort of lineup change. i think the new album rocks and as much as i like the originality and heart put into the old music, the new CD is actually more technical and pretty damn good.... a little different, yes, but good nonetheless. It could have been another adore.... So i'm gonna go join these "kids that have discovererd rock" and compare to the show i saw in 99 (original lineup) and i highly doubt ...   Ugh, it's not even the real Smashing Pumpkins anymore. Just a bunch of replacements that look like the former members. Billy Corgan used to be a great guy. Trust me, I knew. If these shows actually included the original members I might end up going. Now it's just a bunch of new fans that go - kids that have discovered rock. Good for you..

  Can't wait for the Universal show! But...Anyone else think the Pumpkins need to do a lottery and give away some of those awesome VIP packages? 300+ bucks is a bit much for me to pay to hang w/ the band!
